Joya del Costa is our 1/1 direct beachfront condo that sleeps up to 4. This condo is perfect for a romantic getaway or for a family with younger children. Wake up to dolphins playing in the surf, sip coffee on your private balcony, and watch breathtaking Gulf sunsets. Steps from the sand, we provide beach towels and plenty of beach gear and toys to make your packing easier. And from March through October, we also offer complimentary beach setup service! Your 2 chaise lounges and umbrella will be set up just for you during your entire stay. This cozy 1-bedroom condo is your personal beach paradise.

Vista del Sol is our spacious 2/2 ground-level villa in the premier all-amenities, Edgewater Beach & Golf Club Resort that sleeps up to 6 comfortably with 2 king-size bedroom suites and a queen sleeper sofa. It offers a sprawling oversized patio overlooking hole #1 of the resort's executive par 3 golf course. And with an expansive unobstructed view, you can even catch a glimpse of the Gulf across the street between Edgewater's towers. While the location of our villa is in one of the closest buildings to the convenient walkover bridge and the resort's world-class convention center, there is even a free tram service to take you anywhere on property you'd like to go. With onsite activities like golf, tennis, pickleball, & shuffleboard, along with an onsite restaurant, a corner market offering Starbucks coffee, you'll never need to leave the property! And with easy access to Edgewater's beachfront luxurious lagoon-style pool, hot tubs, tiki bar and of course the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach, you'll never want to.
